Roxz’s Resources & Awareness, Inc. (RRA) provides no cost pet food and supplies for pet owners who are struggling to feed their pet(s) due to financial hardship. To receive free pet food and supplies you must submit this application with all the information filled out. This program is designed as a temporary solution and will serve families on a first come, first served basis. We require this application to be completed for our records and to use information for applying for future funding and grant applications. We will not sell your information or give it to others. This is for internal use only. Understand that Roxz’s Resource & Awareness reserves the right to deny or terminate assistance at our discretion
